If Visio still crashes, try to start it in safe mode: Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type Visio /safe, press Enter. Verify if it crashes in safe mode. Visio Pro keeps crashing. I am running Windows 10 with 32GB RAM. I have tried: Running in safe mode.

I’ll be working with Visio and it’ll crash. I think it has to do with graphics issues as the faulting module is pointing to d3d Visio ran fine on this same machine. I have disabled the use of hardware acceleration for the other office products but don’t see an option to do so for Visio EXE, version: If you are unable to find the option, you can try re-installing Visio to see if the option appears, or try to repair your Office application.

Then repeat your saving steps and check if Visio is still crashing. If Visio works well, this issue might be caused by the add-ins, please. Online Repair: Right click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > right click “Microsoft Visio Professional -en-us” > Change > Choose “Online Repair. Ever since I received Microsoft Visio from my college I have been having crashes. No matter what I do. I have disabled the hardware.
